Dormer Addition

This is a new living room addition with a basement below for additional storage. We added a new upper-level dormer in both the stairwell and the south bedroom, specifically to allow more headroom at the stairway. It was a tight space with a low ceiling that was difficult to maneuver in. The new addition has all-new Pella windows with 2 x 4 wall construction and cell spray foam insulation. The front of the home was dressed up with a new overhang and a porch at the front door. We installed all new siding, soffits, gutters, and trim to the exterior of the home. The finishing touches on the interior include new electrical, recessed lighting throughout, and new carpet in the living room.
