Our remodeling process is designed to help us deliver a project for you that is exactly what you wanted, on schedule, and on budget. Here is our step-by-step process:

Initial Contact

• Discuss your project goals and what you are wanting to achieve
• Define project priorities
• Discuss desired budgets, investment, and timeframe
• Review Project Design Fee (Investment dependent on size/scope of work, typically ranges from $500-$1200)
• Give phone quote based on experience and previous work

Discovery Meeting, if budget and scope are within the expectation

• Confirm project site and scope parameters, still ballpark numbers
• Design agreement executed and design fee paid

Design Meeting

• Field measuring and honing in on the details
• Discover material choices and selections
• Photograph all areas included in scope of work
• Schedule a meeting to review conceptual design options

2nd Design Meeting

• Review conceptual design options
• Update preferred design as needed

Our tasks after Design Progress approval:

• Schedule walk thru with tradesman and vendors
• Create preliminary construction documents for pricing purposes (as needed)
• Review plans with vendors for pricing and feedback
• Develop project cost

Project Presentation Meeting

• Review detailed Project Scope
• Discuss Base Cost of Construction for your project as well as Selection Budgets
• Review completed design for approval
• Review Construction Agreement
• Signing of construction agreement

Our tasks after Agreement signed:

• Finalize the construction documents and detailing process
• Develop preliminary job schedule
• Order specialty items
• Begin permitting process

Selections Meeting(s)

• Meet with Project Manager to determine final selections and attend meetings with vendors
• Finalize all selections before work begins

Construction Meetings

• We’ll keep you informed of the schedule and current work performed during the entire process
• Project on-site meetings:
  • Pre-Construction Meeting
  • Progress Meetings
  • Project Completion Meeting and Sign Off

Post-Construction Meeting

• We’ll continue following up with you to see how you’re enjoying your project
• One Year Warranty Meeting
