What do you love about working at Premier?

I enjoy seeing our client’s problems solved.

What do you enjoy about serving our clients?

The repeat business from our clients tells me our systems work and our crew and staff care.

What ‘little things’ do you consider yourself an expert at or highly skilled at?

I am driven to deliver quality and to finish every job. My long-time claim has been “I may not know how to assemble every job, but I know how it’s supposed to look when it’s done right.” I have surrounded myself with capable people.

Overall Likes In Life/Business:

I enjoy the blend and balances of our business. I’m still learning, solving problems, and still coaching and teaching staff. I’m proud to have always respected weekends as family and private time both for me and my staff.

Overall Dislikes in Life/Business:

I dislike poor eating manners and lack of patience during conversations (interrupting).

What do you love to do outside of work? Any interesting facts/history about yourself that you’d like to share in a bio?

I have enjoyed owning horses for most of my life including riding and competing. This hobby brought me many cool friends, big trucks and horse trailers. However, I’m like a chameleon; I have had boats, enjoy skiing, travel and have several sporting interests. I have an open mind and am open to trying new things.
