What do you love about working at Premier?

I find true joy in being able to listen to a client tell the story of the vision for their project and then through the development of a great TEAM, be able to take that vision and build what they truly want. It is a great feeling of satisfaction when you finish a project and see the client love what you have helped them build.

What do you enjoy about serving our clients?

It’s always amazing to me that we start as their builder and become their friend!

What ‘little things’ do you consider yourself an expert at or highly skilled at?

I would have to say in life as in business my true gift and blessing is the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. That is not only reflected in the business that we were able to build, but in the lifelong relationships that I continue to be blessed with. I thrive to make people feel better in general.

Overall Likes In Life/Business:

I have always enjoyed being part of a team. I think that can be viewed in many different levels both professionally and personally. Personally, as a husband and father, I love the daily interactions with my family. The challenges, the triumphs, and the experiences that we get to share together every day. Likewise, I have always viewed the team that I work with “professionally” as a family and enjoy the same rewards with them. Although early in life I did not think I would enjoy it, I find that being able to lead a team is more rewarding to me than I ever could have expected.

Not many! I am very blessed….

What do you love to do outside of work? Any interesting facts/history about yourself that you’d like to share in a bio?

I love sharing experiences with my family and friends. I am always excited by new adventures and look forward to being able to do and try new things while still celebrating the traditions of my past. Overall, if I’m around people I am happy.
