What do you love about working at Premier?

I love the team I work with. They all bring a wide variety of skills and experience to the table. PB&R promotes growth and knowledge by providing continuous training on current and new products and vendors. The company is also very family-oriented, genuine, and generous.

What do you enjoy about serving our clients?

I truly enjoy helping our clients bring their dreams to reality and I love seeing how happy they are with the finished product!

What ‘little things’ do you consider yourself an expert at or highly skilled at?

I think communication is so important with our clients, I like to stay in contact and keep people updated. I want the customer to feel at ease and I try to put myself in their position when handling their projects. This goes hand in hand with customer service and organization. I try to organize my organization…. maybe I have a problem :)

Overall Likes In Life/Business:

I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two black labs. We spend a lot of time camping, boating, traveling, and hanging out with our friends.

Overall Dislikes in Life/Business:

If you can’t handle dog hair and dog slobber, we can’t be friends. If you drive slow in the fast lane, I may drive right over you…

What do you love to do outside of work? Any interesting facts/history about yourself?

I truly enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love the outdoors and traveling. I look forward to the day I can officially be a “snowbird” and spend my winters somewhere warm. I retired from law enforcement after 25 years of service and I believe that experience helps me daily at PB&R and EHR to serve our clients with integrity, honesty, and respect.
