Mosquitoes? No Problem!

This was a fun project! Our goal was to allow our clients to enjoy their private, wooded setting without being bothered by pesky mosquitoes. The home is nestled into the woods, and with the wetlands nearby, it creates the perfect habitat for those darn bugs. We removed the existing deck and rails to make way for a custom, maintenance-free sunroom. We used treated lumber for the main support structure to wrap all treated areas with Azek composite material. All composite decking and facia were used to give the client a long-lasting structure with minimal maintenance. The large openings for direct set screen panels provide minimal view obstruction, and the screen panels are all extruded aluminum frames and aluminum screens, which offers the rigidity needed for such large openings. The interior of the sunroom provides electrical outlets, a ceiling fan, and also, room for heaters at the ceiling for those chilly summer nights.
