Premier Building and Remodeling was founded in 1992 with the mission of becoming a trusted source for home improvements.

Honesty and value are never compromised. We have worked for hundreds of homeowners and many area municipalities and businesses as well.  Since 1992, the owner of Premier Building and Remodeling, Ken Simon, has built a reputation for quality and a high level of craftsmanship.

What do you love about owning and running Premier Building & Remodeling?
Being able to interact with so many capable trade partners and great clients to bring about wonderful finished projects!

What do you enjoy most about serving your clients?
Knowing that we complete their vision of a project and that years later we are still their “go to” remodeler. I love listening to a client wants/needs and then exceeding their expectations with a smooth process, clean jobsite, and excellence in the finished project.

What do you love to do outside of work?
I’m a cowboy. It’s a hobby and a state of mind. I recognize the importance of being physically active. I’ve been athletic all my life and am always looking to step up my level of fitness!
